With its traditional building character protections, this home had to be carefully preserved during the project. Adding to the neighborhood’s charm, we’ve enhanced the site with a brand-new council footpath, further integrating the property into Bardon’s welcoming streetscape.

The project journey, spanning 12 months, has been a challenging yet rewarding endeavor. Positioned on a busy road, navigating access around a nearby bus stop and establishing new driveway access required strategic planning and meticulous execution. Recognizing the quantity of renovation work, we partnered with Property Possibilities,  ensuring that the Queenslander’s historic appeal was retained while making way for modern comforts.
